Role Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive new logo acquisition and revenue growth across the US East Coast and Midwest. This role is focused on hunting, building pipeline, and closing enterprise and upper mid-market deals for SAP-centric consulting and transformation services.

Key Responsibilities

New Business Development
  • Own new logo acquisition across East Coast and Midwest accounts
  • Identify and pursue opportunities related to SAP S/4HANA, SAP CX, Zuora, Channel revenue management.
  • Drive end-to-end sales cycles
Pipeline & Revenue Ownership
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
  • Meet or exceed revenue targets
  • Forecast deals accurately
Executive Engagement
  • Engage CIOs, CTOs, VPs of IT, COOs, CFOs and IT directors
  • Position Accrete as a trusted transformation partner
Partner & Ecosystem Selling
  • Work with SAP and alliance partners
  • Participate in co-selling and joint account planning
Internal Collaboration
  • Collaborate with pre-sales and delivery teams
  • Contribute to proposals and account strategies
Required Qualifications
  • 8–12 years of enterprise IT services sales experience
  • Proven SAP services selling experience
  • Track record of $2M–$5M+ quota achievement
  • Strong executive communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Existing East Coast/Midwest CIO/IT director/CFO/COO relationships
  • SAP partner ecosystem experience
  • Industry experience in Manufacturing, Hi-tech, Life sciences, Consumer goods, Industry machinery and Distribution
